Terms of Service

Last Updated: 2/15/2026

By accessing or using the Isomer Sync website, app, or API (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1Who can use the Service

  • You may use the Service worldwide, as long as it’s legal for you to do so.
  • If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that company.
  • You must be at least the age of majority in your country.

2Accounts & security

  • Keep your login credentials safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
  • Don’t share access in ways that bypass plan limits or security.

3What you can and can’t do

You may use the Service for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • break the law or violate others’ rights;
  • try to hack, bypass security, or overload the Service;
  • reverse engineer the Service (except where your local law doesn’t allow this restriction);
  • use the Service to build a competing product or copy core features.

4Web data / target websites

Isomer Sync can help you monitor data from third-party websites you choose. You are responsible for making sure your collection and use of data is lawful and permitted (including considering third-party website terms, privacy rules, IP/database rights, and any access restrictions). Web scraping legality is fact-specific and often depends on the data, the method, and the target site’s rules.

You must not use the Service to:

  • access paywalled/login-only/private areas unless you are authorized;
  • unlawfully bypass access controls (e.g., security barriers) or collect personal data unlawfully;
  • run abusive traffic patterns (e.g., denial-of-service behavior).

We may require you to adjust configurations, reduce frequency, or remove targets to protect the Service and reduce risk.

5Your content & data

  • You keep ownership of what you upload or configure (“Customer Data”).
  • You give us permission to host/process Customer Data only to provide, secure, and improve the Service, and to comply with law.

6Output is not guaranteed

The Service may generate alerts, matches, or extracted data (“Output”). Output can be wrong, incomplete, or delayed, especially when websites change. You must verify important results before relying on them.

7Trials / beta

If you use a beta, trial, or early access feature, it is provided as-is, may change, and may be discontinued at any time.

8Payments

  • Prices, plan limits, and billing terms will be shown at checkout or in an order page.
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel.
  • Refunds (if any) will be described at purchase, except where your local law requires otherwise.

EU/EEA/UK consumers: you may have a 14-day withdrawal/cooling-off right in many online purchases, subject to exceptions (including rules for digital services/content once performance begins).

9Intellectual property

  • We own the Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology.
  • You may not use our branding or content except as allowed by law or with written permission.

10Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. If we process personal data on your behalf (e.g., in team/business use), a separate Data Processing Agreement may apply.

11Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Output will always be accurate.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).
  • Our total liability for claims related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event (or $100 if you paid nothing).

Consumer rights carve-out: Some countries do not allow certain limits (for example, rules about unfair terms and digital content/services). Nothing here limits liability where prohibited by law.

13Indemnity

If you use the Service for a business, you agree to defend and indemnify us from third-party claims arising from:

  • your Customer Data,
  • the websites/data you choose to monitor,
  • your violation of law/third-party terms/rights,
  • your breach of these Terms.

(If you’re a consumer, this applies only where allowed by your local law.)

14Suspension & termination

  • You can stop using the Service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if required by law.
  • After termination, you lose the right to use the Service. Data export/deletion may depend on your plan and legal obligations.

15Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version and updating the “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we’ll provide reasonable notice.
